Cancellation Policy

On this page, you'll find information about canceling an appointment and any applicable cancellation fees.

Pay in advance

Do I have to pay the full amount in advance?
Yes, the full amount must be paid inadvance. We will not reserve your surgery time until we have received full payment. Until payment is in full, we reserve the right to assign your surgery time to another patient.

Why is full payment in advance required?
Surgery requires a great deal of preparation and the involvement of specialized staff. We cannot use the reserved surgery time for other patients. On the day of your treatment, we want to be fully focused on your care, not on financial matters.

Can I pay part of the amount afterward?
No, partial payment afterward is not possible. Full payment must be made in advance.

Would you like to undergo your treatment soon but are unable or unwilling to pay the full amount at once? With us, you can pay for your treatment in installments through Cosmetic Finance. What happens if I cancel?

In the event of cancellation, we will charge the actual costs incurred. As a guideline, we apply the following:

  • Cancellation within 1 week prior to treatment: ± 10% of the treatment costs
  • Cancellation within 2 business days: ± 25% of the treatment costs
  • Cancellation within 24 hours (no-show): up to 100% of the treatment costs

However, we always carefully review each individual case.

How are cancellation fees determined?
The percentages listed are guidelines. The final fees are determined based on the actual preparation costs and staff time incurred.

What if I’m unsure about the treatment?
If you’re unsure, we recommend not scheduling the treatment just yet. Make sure to get all the information you need first so you can be confident in your decision. Your presence is essential to avoid unnecessary costs.

Could there be additional costs after the treatment?
Yes, that is possible. Every treatment carries risks, and we cannot influence all aspects of the recovery process. In some cases, complications or impaired wound healing may require additional treatments, which could result in extra costs.

What happens if something goes wrong after treatment?
We assess each case with care and reasonableness. Should a complication arise, we will work with you to find an appropriate solution. In some situations, this may mean that additional treatment is necessary.
