Discover the different types of facelifts, from the S-lift to the combined neck and facelift, and what you can expect from each procedure.

Not everyone will admit it, but most of us probably stand naked with our back to the mirror every now and then, looking over our shoulder at our own buttocks. Are they big enough? Do they have a nice round curve? Or are they in fact slack, are they sagging? The latter can happen to anyone.
After all, we do not all have equally strong gluteal muscles, and ageing, pregnancy or significant weight loss can lead to sagging buttocks. Shapewear can help a little to make them look better. But that only helps as long as the underwear stays on.
Exercise can lead to a result that also stays intact when the underwear comes off. But although the internet is full of promises about the best glute exercises and the perfect workout for firm buttocks, the result is usually still out of proportion to the effort. It is surely no coincidence that the models on those websites are all in very good shape and quite clearly do not belong to the target group.
What really does help to get beautiful buttocks is a buttock lift. It is therefore no coincidence that this cosmetic procedure is enjoying a sharp rise in interest. The Brazilian butt lift in particular is becoming unprecedentedly popular. That is very understandable, because the technique used makes it very possible to give the buttocks exactly the shape you want for yourself.
What is special about the Brazilian butt lift is that it uses your own body fat. It is a combined cosmetic treatment in the sense that liposuction and lipofilling go hand in hand. The fat is removed from your own body and, after purification, injected into the buttocks to give them a beautiful, firm appearance.
So that is two birds with one stone, because if you have excess fat elsewhere on your body – often the stomach – you get rid of it straight away and you get more beautiful buttocks. Combining these two procedures is financially more advantageous than having each done separately. Moreover, placing an – often costly – implant is unnecessary. The recovery time after placing an implant is relatively long, and a possible complication is that the implant shifts over time.
The Brazilian butt lift is therefore an attractive alternative. And this is the ideal time to do it. After all, with summer just around the corner, everyone likes to look good in a bikini or swimming trunks too.
